Movie Trailer: The Day

Here's WWE Studios next movie The Day.  Has WWE had any success yet with their movie venture yet? Is this the movie to make WWE Studios some money or is this the movie to let WWE know that they should just focus on "sports entertainment"?

007's Olympic Spot

Here's a 30 second TV spot for James Bond's latest adventure Skyfall starring Daniel Craig as 007.  It aired during The Olympics.

What do you think?  Doesn't give us much in the way of plot, but we do get some pretty cool shots of Mr. Shaken, Not Stirred.

Opening for Nickelodeon's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

After getting a look at Nickelodeon's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in a sparring session, we get a look at the the opening of the new series.  Looks like they tried to "modernized" the old school theme song.

What say you?

A Look at Nickelodeon's TMNT's Training Session

Here's a look at Nickelodeon's Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles in a training session.

I am liking the CG Ninja Turtles.  This looks pretty smooth but why does my favorite childhood Turtle Donatello have to lose?

What do you think?  Are you liking the look of the CG Ninja Turtles?

Jax's New Arms: A Dorkly Joint

Only Dorkly can pull off such deathly serious game like Mortal Kombat and dissects its characters to create such a silly video.

Fan Art: Luis Santaigo

Skuhl Leader once sent me a link of Luis Santiago's work via Skype and I was riveted with his Deviant Art page.  Here are a few that are simply awesome.

Fan art has been blowing up around the net for the last couple of years.  Whatever the reason may be that people feel compelled to pick up a pencil or mouse and create such stupendous pieces of art of their favorite videogame or movie is truly unimportant because we as the viewers are the ones that end up winning.

Salivating Item of The Day: Pac Man Coffee Table

There is coffee tables and then there is this...

At a first glance it doesn't seem so hard to build one these bad boys on your own, but who has the time for that?  I'll keep you guys posted if I attempt this fun project.

But if you cant wait and you want one now, pay this guy a visit in Athens Greece, or his Facebook page, maybe he'll ship you one.

Grant Morrison & Barry Sonnenfeld's Dinosaurs Vs. Aliens- Episode 1

So here is the first part of the motion comic that director Barry Sonnenfeld (Men in Black) and comic book writer Grant Morrison (Batman Inc.)  have been working on.  Can't say I am that impressed but hopefully things pick up in the second episode.  I actually thought that these episodes were going to be longer than the four plus minute the first episode was.
What do you think?

8Bit Song of the Day #19

Today's Song of the Day is for all those hoping that this comes true. I'm of course talking about seeing a return of one of the 90's most iconic characters, Earthworm Jim! Earthworm Jim was originally created by Douglas TenNapel. The game itself was published by one of the most influential companies of the 90's, Interplay. You may know them for a few of their other titles like, say, Balder's Gate. The song picked is the New Junk City level which I'm sure everyone can remember having to play through more than once.
